Put your education and skills to work as a Child and Youth Care Worker. Supporting a client in group care, you are critical to the personal success of this individual in our care. Skilled with assessment, program planning and implementation and behaviour management, you are a strong advocate for dignity and independence. Assisting with daily living, medical needs, behavioural supports and personal care, you are also an important link to community resources.
You possess the ability to develop creative service plans for children in group care. You are able to manage, client groups, work with families and act as a community liaison. You hold a Diploma/Degree in Child and Youth Care (or equivalent). A valid operator’s licence is required.
