This is a part-time contract position (32 hours/week).
We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the recruitment, training and supervision of agency staff providing in-home supports and respite services to families. Your organizational skills are exceptional and you manage the administration of the Family Support for Children with Disabilities Program. Your strong verbal and written communication skills support your program research abilities, problem-solving and judgment.
Your Degree/Diploma in Human Services or equivalent and three years of experience supporting children and youth with complex needs has prepared you for this position. The skills you have learned in managing behavioural and developmental challenges are an asset. A vehicle and valid Operator's Licence are required for this position.
